This Day In Wyoming Cowboy History

On the strength of 315 passing yards and 3 touchdowns from QB Corey Bramlet the Cowboys defeated UNLV 42-17 on October 1st, 2005. Other stars for the Pokes were Wynel Seldon who had 2 rushing touchdowns and Derrick Martin who returned an interception for a touchdown. Jovon Bouknight tied a Wyoming record with receptions in 41 straight games a record he would break the next week versus TCU. The win was the Cowboys fourth in a row bringing their record to 4-1 and sadly Joe Glenn’s squad would not win a game the rest of the season losing 6 in a row finishing with a 4-7 record.
