I think the school needs to take the reigns on getting Brian's name out there. You see pre-season hype videos out for top players all over the country, Wyo needs to put a sweet highlight reel together for Brian and get it out all over the country.

From Wichita States's perspective, why in the world would they want to join the MWC? What gain would they get that would be better then what they get now? I don't see any reason they would jump a conference they almost yearly win to the MWC where the travel is worse and historically speaking has bet...

Gonzaga for basketball would be great but it would never happen. They would be a gem if we could ever lure them over. I could maybe see UVU and Denver eventually for everything other then football.

I would be really surprised if we don't have someone transfer out now. I feel like keeping the staff together was key in stopping transfers.

Salt Lake Community college just won the national championship who knows if there may be another guy they are looking at on that team.

There is Avea and Knell that I know of. They have both visited Wyo before and if I m not mistaken have been offered by Wyo. Not sure if there are other prospects down there we are interested in though.

You've got to think Naughton will start next year over Barnes. I see more potential in Naughton, not sure how much Barnes can improve from a physical standpoint. A juco guy who I've watched some this year is Tyler Rawson out of SLCC he originally signed at SUU. I don't know if he'd consider us but he's 6'10 230 or so good athlete, good re bounder and jumper.

As far as I know he can't actually sign with Creighton till November and I doubt Shyatt is going to stop contacting him till he signs. We've got a full summer AAU circuit to go through, who knows kids have been known to de-commit from verbals and sign at other schools.

He's got a highlight tape from last year on YouTube. He looks pretty good to me, good vision, handles the ball quite a bit, and he's got a nice looking jumper. Hard to know if he would progress like J-Mac but I definitely like him better than the Colorado kid we signed this year.
