Re: I stand corrected.

I take pride in my accuracy and I inaccurately posted that Speight was already at UCLA. Not true. He’s goin to UCLA next. The good news is that my source tells me that UCLA needs to blow him away and knock his socks off to keep him from coming to Wyo. He liked his visit and we are in the running! I...

Re: Michigan QB in Laramie

I need to see an offense that can score in the middle of the FBS before I think conference champions. Hoping to see that kind of improvement but.... not betting my life savings on it Replacing both starting corners seems to get very little play too. I know, we assume it will be no big deal, but the...

Re: Michigan QB in Laramie

I'm curious why he has waited so long to look and choose. He is missing spring ball for whichever school he goes to or even if he stays at Michigan. That makes it a bit harder on himself wherever he goes. Is it just because he hasn't actually graduated yet to officially transfer? Timing is everythi...

Re: Michigan QB in Laramie

The weak defenses in the MWC + a certain starting job has to be appealing. I'm guessing the Patterson deal is also weighing in. Probably isn't going to hurt knowing Bohl + Vigen will have put 2 QBs into the first round of the NFL draft in the past few years. Not sure that's his end goal, obviously,...

Re: The offense will dominate the spring...

Hey everybody, I know a thing. I realize you all want to know a thing, but I'm connected to others who know things, and I can't tell you things. I get it. The main reason it was said is that I can and do provide information as appropriate and accurate. You all knew on here about the spring practice...

Re: What a poop show...

Is the sky falling?? Moemeka wasn't our answer neither, i wish Jeremy was running the show, maybe in due time If Jeremy becomes the HC, we can see the good old boy club is working well at UW and mediocrity is the rule of the day! Jeremy is not Larry. Wyoming has been in the NCAA's twice in 30 years...

Re: Men's Basketball Future Roster changes?

That would leave 4 open scholarships for this signing period. I would get two bigs, one PG and the other would be the best available. One of those bigs has to be a contributor, and the PG should be a contributor as well. This team lacked leadership this year, and there was no one out on the floor w...

Re: Men's Basketball Future Roster changes?

This team imo does not need just a single addition, it needs a pretty big renovation to be in the upper half of the conference. First of all, I am assuming that Naughton is gone from all of the reports. Secondly, I would find a place for Mueller in a program where he will be able to play. I wish we ...

Re: Grad transfer QB's

I doubt that we get Wilton Speight from Michigan either as the latest that I read showed him going to the University of Virginia most likely. He is originally from Richmond, Virginia which is about 60 miles away from Charlottesville. Just from my take on Bohl and his staff he likes competition at al...

Re: CIC recruiting breakfast summary

Maybe they meant in terms of strength and conditioning only and not actual offensive production? Hard to tell from the write up . From what i remember was he said that the new staff thought our line was the most athletic, which i still seriously doubt. I doubt it as well. No need to blow smoke. Jus...

Re: National Signing Day

Nothing condescending,he does seem to be doing a good job with recruiting. I'm magically supposed to know your talking about rivals? Also, who cares what one ( historically inaccurate and inaccessible ) scouting site says? The concenensus among sites has him as three star which did not change from ...

Re: National Signing Day

The Sean Chambers example is bunk, he was a 3 star at Rutgers and a 3 star at Wyoming. Recruiting does matter and development matters. They arent mutually exclusive concepts. Bohl does a decent job either way, but there can be some flaws (he gives some scholarships to kids he could get as walkons)....

Re: National Signing Day

Of course player development matters. But it's quite disturbing to see another poor recruiting class. And we wonder why our receivers can't get open or can't catch? Or why we lose to a team like San Jose state? Well, this is how. Bohl without Josh Allen will be interesting this year. Please don't t...

Funny.....Oklahoma State cowboys. He is much more of a match for Oklahoma State than he is Wyoming as he is an option style QB and that is what Okie State runs.

Re: 2018 Starting QB predictions

My take on 2018 is: Nick Smith will be the starter coming out of spring ball. He will benefit from an entire spring and summer and fall camp where he is the #1 QB. He will definitely start the first two games, but I see Vanderwall being close and ready to jump in after those two games. Vanderwall w...

Re: Josh Allen: where does he go?

JUST IN............................JUST IN The Cleveland Browns of the NFL have made an agreement with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL. It involves a swapping of players and money plus a player to be named later. The agreement has the Cleveland Browns selecting with the first pick, Josh Allen, QB ...
