Good stuff. Was sort of funny listening to them bashing the defense and front 7, only to have you come on and claim that's the team strength. It is....just sort of funny when you put it into that context.

No mentioning of our conditioning coach?

I think that's one of the main reasons our front 7 will be improved (obviously along with a competent defensive coach)!

haha.. yeah, the defense is kind of a misnomer of sorts.. the defense as a whole is bad, but the front 7 are strong, and a good group of players. The secondary though... oi. Didn't get to get as deep as I wanted to.. Jeremy had a hard stop because the World Cup was starting.
