In most cases, people who do talk to __________ privately would never and should never repeat such information on a forum such as this.
That kind of stuff does get repeated, though, but most of the time it's only to people they truly know, not just some rando that they've just met. I'm more curious where somebody would have access to several former players who live AND play in extremely varied locations in the country.

I think you are drunk. It doesn't take that to see you are doing something wrong, or not doing enough right. Hell, this day and age, all they have to do is look around on the internet, to see what is working for who - and how. This poop is just passing time, and giving the inept department an excuse to say "you asked for it - and we gave it to you - so be quiet for 10 more years".
Dear Karma,

I have a list of people you missed...

This 100% for all you in Laramie that bitch and moan about streaming quality, concession quality and the other thousands of things you bitch and moan about this is your chance to possibly make a change or be heard.

Does it mean it will no of course not but if you don't vote you can't bitch about who is in office and this is the same type of poop. You have an opportunity to at least voice your views if you don't take it and run it shows you don't care about anything but bitching.

Hell I posted about it and told them I would be part of it remotely and would even video conference in if they would consider it. Just because a school knows what is wrong because people bitch about it that doesn't mean they understand how to fix it.

Long time fan, long time reader, first time poster...

McPeachy, This is a growing trend in athletic departments... as a simple internet search would suggest. This is not simply people being lazy and not doing their job. Looks like many others are creating similar fan advisory boards.

Everyone complains when the admin doesn't listen/ or the fans don't have a voice. Now we complain when the fan can be heard. I think it's a positive. UW probably doesn't read the message boards to hear about the fans typical gameday experience. Probably a good thing they don't read all the crap you post.

Here's some other examples of as you describe as "inept" departments...

Well hey, hey - welcome to the message board - where fans can post their opinions about all things Wyoming!

That said "pitsol" - UW's athletic department is lacking leadership & vision, and has been for quite some time. That is a fact, like it or not, read it or not, understand it or not. And to rely on a few fans to provide that vision, in my opinion (that being the key here pitsol) is proof somebody isn't doing their job.

Good to meet you though, like me or not...I appreciate the dialogue.
