Has anyone else heard that a dome is being discussed for the War? Just a rumor. Much like Porter Gustin going to UW.

That rumor comes up every year about this time since the 80's. And then the AD or someone else brushes it off.

If you ever need to laugh, just remember there was some idiot who wanted Bohl fired after 2 seasons.

if UW would allow Coors to advertise, why not, but I really don't think I'd like to watch football in a dome myself, we need to keep that 7220 outdoor cold scare in late November, after all NO one likes to come to Laramie to play, NO ONE, let's keep it that way

The problem is, the only one the "7220, Cold November Scare" affects is our fan base. The stands will be empty saturday night. And on the field 7220 means nothing. You look at the game against FAU, we were the team that was out of breath and dragging. Not the team from sea level. WE have, atleast this season, NO home field or home weather advantage.

then i guess we only have home games in Sept and Oct...or........afternoon games in November, regardless what ESPN is willing to pay us to watch the pathetic crowd at 815pm at night on Nov. 22, easy enough?????

Why does ESPN get to dictate what or when we do? And yeah it would be easier if after october we only had afternoon games...

I wonder how much extra $$$ comes in from ESPN for having those night games? Is it worth it in the long run?
