If true, I won't be surprised. We never saw him after he was suspended for a game. Before the suspension he was practicing with the DB's, I know that for a fact. After the suspension he tore his ACL before the next game. I heard he looked solid, for what it is worth

Per Gags
Bohl said sophomore D.J. May will move from running back to the defensive secondary next season.
Bohl first said this on his radio coaches show Monday.
May has been a running back since he signed with UW three years ago. He suffered a season-ending knee injury prior to the Oct. 25 game at Colorado State.
"We need find a way to get our best players on the field, and we feel D.J. has the ability as one of those guys," Bohl said.
UW returns Wick and Hill next season at running back. Josh Tapscott will be a sophomore next season and Nico Evans will be a redshirt freshman.
Bohl said May could play safety or a nickel cornerback in pass situations.
Bohl said as of now there are no other plans to move players to different positions next season.

I also heard him (Bohl) say that on his "call-in radio show".
You can tell how big a person is by what it takes to discourage him/her.

Secondary needs an awful lot of help, and if he can help it will be a good thing for both him and Brian Hill.

You put your best players on defense. Period. Christensen never realized that.
I'm good for 3!

Good luck to him on defense. Maybe with him we'll have more than 2 INTs all season? He does have good hands.

Maybe he'll end up in the NFL, maybe he'll struggle? Who knows? But I always want our best players on the field as much as possible.

We seriously need an athlete like DJ at safety. It just seemed like when we lost Darren White our secondary turned into a disaster. When we lost Nezocha our defense as whole fell apart. DJ will be a fantastic safety. And can someone please teach Kamana to play the position correctly over the off season.
