I would be very interested to see a breakdown of individual teams and conferences. Mainly, the part that would most interest me is seeing the difference between A) What an institution/conference can give to a student-athlete as the maximum vs. B) What the institutions/conference actually give to each student. I would imagine that most of your P5 schools will be at or near 100%. I would hope (as Ragtime said) that we would be top percentage of the G5 conferences in Category B. But I would be interested to see where the MWC falls in Category A.

Your points/questions are fantastic. I would add 1 more:

C) How sustainable is a conference where some schools pay COA and others do not and the conference provides very little in economic return?

This could be a pretty big deal going forward.
