Remember when he went to Florida and so many people on here absolutely blasted this kid? Saying things like he will never play, or he won't play for 3 years and stuff like that?

Check this out.

Next up, Tevis Bartlett at Washington.

Prove the haters wrong.
If you ever need to laugh, just remember there was some idiot who wanted Bohl fired after 2 seasons.

Good for him. Would have looked better in brown and gold.
Still hasn't played a down, right? I think everybody would root for him. We always root for Wyoming guys. Questioning whether a Wyoming kid can make an impact on a big time school isn't hating.

I remember watching the kid in high school, thinking the pokes are going land one of the best local players in recent history. Then he garnered national attention and knew we had no chance. Damn we could use a kid like him.

Would have looked good in the Brown and Gold. One of these times a Wyoming kid will stay here and become a hero. I know that was my dream as a lad.

"I don’t know how many great players have come out of the state of Wyoming, but he could be up there. If there is one, he could be just as good as those guys once he learns the game."

Since Rumph doesn't think Wyoming has ever produced any football players worthy of mention, here's a list of people who were born in Wyoming and the number of games they played in the NFL. While not in the hundreds, young Mr. Bryan will not be the first Wyoming kid to make it in the big time (the number of games played is in the last column).

You are right. This list was only people born in Wyoming (they didn't necessarily grow up in Wyoming according to the guy who put the list together). There are others that grew up in Wyoming, but weren't born in Wyoming, that didn't make this list. Sorry for the confusion. I should have made it a bit clearer.

Jesus Beaver...

Absolutely blasted him? Come on man...you are just trying to start poop. I remember posters voicing their displeasure about him not choosing Wyoming, and I remember 1 or 2 saying that he would be a small fish in a big pond (which he currently is)...but I certainly don't remember everyone here being "haters" and absolutely blasting him. Maybe you are thinking about the other WYO message board perhaps?

Personally, I hope the kid excels on the gridiron, graduates, and gets laid every night by a solid 8 down there in Gainesville. It wouldn't be a bad place to go to college!
Dear Karma,

I have a list of people you missed...

Just curious, why isn't Chris Prosinski on this list? Born and raised in WY.

I'm sure your happy for him to succeed anywhere but Wyoming. Had we landed him you would have been blasting him for coming to Wyoming.

Like I said before you are so hypocritical. You don't understand why Wyoming hasn't been competitive in 15 years but at the same time can't understand why a player would want to come here.

I'm not sure why Chris Pro isn't on the list.....it was one I found on the old Internet but I thought was interesting to see how many Wyoming born kids have made it to the big time. Like all lists, it is probably possible to contact the original author to have it updated. Here is the link to the site:

Nice try kicker. But no I wouldn't blast him for coming to Wyoming. Get overly dramatic some more, it totally convinces me you are right.

The issue here has been, you think Wyoming football is Gods gift to earth, and fail to realize why someone would turn down Wyoming to play in the SEC or Pac12.

Had we landed Bryan or Bartlett, I would have been stoked. Certainly not blasted them. Jesus dude. f-word think.
