Honestly this is probably the best preview I have seen from this website in a very long time.

Nice! That's a real write up, pretty positive (I'm terrified of our defense and receiving corps) but with scout's last few write ups I'm surprised it didn't say "coming into Joe Glenn's 12th season"...
“Being around Colorado State, I saw that football wasn’t really a big sport there," Parker said Sunday night.

Good write-up and I agree that bowling isn't really that out of reach in a very weak MWC. We did also show flashes last year, so I'm optimistic there will be improvement this year.
The first step has been to upgrade the overall speed and athleticism.
I think we better learn how to win with less speed and less athleticism. Every preview, post-season review, and coaching staff since "corner pocket Dimel" has said the exact same thing regarding the need for speed and athleticism.

I have been thinking about this as well...

I think Wyoming really needs a coach that is willing to pile drive the chunky waitress' whisker biscuit on the pool table of the poop bar in the county.

UW AD: Coach, are you sure you're ready for this?

UW Coach: I'll do my best.

UW AD: Your best!? Losers always whine about their best. Winners go to Bud's and f-word the fatty waitress.

UW Coach: My mistress is the fatty waitress.
Dear Karma,

I have a list of people you missed...

FWIW, Phil Steele has Wyoming finishing last in the Mountain Division and having a rough season. He's typically spot on with the Cowboys in terms of season outcome predictions. He did however say that despite ranking high on his inexperience and lack of depth charts, he wouldn't be shocked if Bohl worked his magic and got UW "contending for the postseason".

Let the Boys play and let them decide how the season will play out. I thought the CFN review was fair and reasonable. Anybody can throw a dart and make a decision of final standings....even Phil Steele.

The only place I see inexperience is with the DB & LBs. Lack of depth - yeah, you probably would find some inexperience there.
You can tell how big a person is by what it takes to discourage him/her.

To be fair, you could use this exact prediction for the last 15 years and been spot on. It hasn't been tough (other than for us homers) to predict WYO's finish for over a decade.

Most likely bottom or near bottom. If everything goes extremely well, might back into a bowl game.
