Further, I clearly don't understand these contradictory statements you make:

I believe they are recruiting well. But "their guys" are just now composing most of the roster that plays.
Maybe it is contradictory but I'm just saying I'll give them the don't have enough depth or talent excuse but that excuse will be over. If they still can't prepare the team to play games then blaming their predecessors excuse won't work anymore
