Better late than never with this topic. Hopefully, the Pokes are going bowling.

COLUMN: Wyoming football giving off good vibrations for UW athletics (WyoSports.net)

We all know the saying, “If momma’s happy, everybody’s happy.”

Well, there’s a version of that in the college athletics world that goes something like, “If football’s happy, everybody’s happy.”

And right now on the University of Wyoming campus, everybody is happy.

STORY: Bye week comes at right time for Wyoming football (WyoSports.net)

“Our last two games were physical games, and the way Air Force plays offensive and defensively made it a really physical game,” Bohl said.

“There’s a whole lot of other guys who are banged up. There’s several guys that have been going from week to week, so it’s a really good time.”

STORY: Wyoming’s Windsor ready to step in at defensive end (WyoSports.net)
LARAMIE – Shiloh Windsor knew what it was like to be in uniform for the University of Wyoming football team.

The true freshman defensive end suited up in the Cowboys’ first five games. However, Windsor knew the plan was for UW to redshirt him this season, but have him ready in case there was an injury.

Last Saturday was that time.

Brian Hill:
* Sixth nationally with 721 rushing yards. Pumphrey (SDSU) is #1 with 891 yards.
* T-9th with 8 rushing TDs.
* Ninth in rushing yards/game (120.2)
* T-15th with 8 total TDs

Tanner Gentry:
* T-22nd with five TD receptions

Crazy that we have two guys with 3 Ints. Hopefully they can add more even without Granderson bringing pressure.
