These kids performed so far above and beyond any expectation this year. They persevered through thick and thin and never gave up all year. Sometimes they pulled victory out of the jaws of defeat and sometimes they couldn't quite make it happen. Thank you to this team for giving us a great ride and a bright look to the future. I can't wait to cheer for these cowboys next year in War Memorial stadium.

Not just down the stretch...

That said, the team really does show a lot of promise. But some things need to change going forward, like play calling and in-game adjustments.

Proud of the players. It's shocking that standard is looking like the better coordinator than Vigen. Seriously wtf was that poop today.

Very proud of this team. The pressure got to Allen and our oline struggled today.

I did find Todd Mcshae's comments on Vigen interesting. He said Josh Allen needs to stay all 4 years because he has a coach that will properly develop him. Also, those plays that he called tonight have worked all year. I really think the difference tonight was our interior line.

One more small point. Our d is getting better and most of the play makers are young guys. I am pumped for the future. Youhanna played really good today.

I expected maybe 4 wins this year, so I am elated that this team performed well above my expectations. I do think the future looks extremely bright for Cowboy football. We have a lot of young kids and a bunch of talent - maybe next year we win it all and end up in a New Year's Day bowl game. I look forward to the bowl game this year. Go Pokes!!!!!

Same here. Appleby, Wick, May, Roulier, Gentry, Maulhardt, Hollister, Wood, etc. All played their heart out.

Nah I actually quit my job with Apple and starting driving full time and around 4:15 I got hit with a ride to the hockey game and there were at least 4 accidents on the 10 so I didn't get home until 5:15 missed the 1st quarter and got to the bar in the second quarter.

Our last scoring drive, he looked pretty damn solid to me. Both passes were great, as was the roll-out to the sideline on the TD pass.

What's pretty cool is that we don't lose much for next year. The schedule is tougher next year though so it might be tough to get back to this game. I think wacha was the only senior playing on defense tonight and I saw only 2 juniors playing significant minutes I think. So that bodes well for the future.
