Governor Mead passed over reappointing Mike Massie- he of the "No Beer" and "FCS possibility" mindset...

"University of Wyoming Board of Trustees member Mike Massie was passed over in Gov. Matt Mead’s submissions for appointments Friday."

Kermit Brown has been submitted instead...

Another victory for a better UW...

Great news for the Bohl era Cowboys, thanks to the Gov for his response to kick Massie off the bus.

I like Kermit Brown. However, I hate seeing someone who has a duty to be responsible and prudent and to explore all alternatives get punished for asking unpopular questions.

Unlike most on this board, I also think that the athletics department is not even important enough to be a secondary or tertiary consideration when it comes to hiring or dismissing members of the
Board of Trustees.

All of that said, I would pick Mr. Brown over Mr. Massie straight up if given the choice between the two.
