So this is pretty cool. We have some more recognition from a solid name in the Football world.

I wonder how Granderson feels about Ghaifan being considered a better athlete? I hope this leads to some serious friendly competition and motivation for both of them.

I think they probably judge it on athletic abilities based on the position they're playing. For a DT, Ghaifan is very strong and still mobile. A player his size shouldn't be that fast, explosive, or able to change directions at a whim.

Maybe that ballet class paid off?

Doesn't surprise me at all. He will be well known around the country if he stays healthy all season.300 lbs of muscle with the quickness of a cat. I honestly believe he could start anywhere in the country like a few others on that terrifying defense.

Kid grew up less then an hour away from me. I don't think he was ever on the Huskers radar. Says alot about player development at Wyoming.

Ghaifan is one of the most interesting players the Pokes have had in a long time. Great interview too! I really hope he makes an NFL roster some day because he would be a great ambassador for the program.

Does any one have the original photo? I'm curious to see how the rest of the D linemen look...
