Pokes and USC playing Vegas for the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic.

USC has an RPI of 19, they are 12-0, and ranked 23rd.
By far our toughest opponent of the season so far, and might be the toughest we face all year.

Late tip tonight. 9pm mtn time.

Get this win, and the excitement and hype should be pretty big going into MWC play.
If you ever need to laugh, just remember there was some idiot who wanted Bohl fired after 2 seasons.

Some USC players were panned by the camera watching the Pokes last night. I think USC is looking at this game as a yawner, based on what they saw the first half. I think they left after the half.

I don't blame them (USC) for thinking so if that's what they are thinking. They watched two teams play terrible basketball for a while.

That can only play into our favor. Hopefully we can get out to a hot start before USC wakes up.

When you are a team the plays the next game after the one you are watching you always leave by halftime to go to the locker room and get ready for your own game.

I don't think USC will think this is a yawner at all. Especially since they were down the whole game at home against Troy and came back to win in the last 2 minutes and they were also down by double digits to Cornell and let Cornell make a ton of 3's against them. They came back in that game also to win by 12. I am sure they see Wyoming as a bigger threat than either of those teams so I am pretty sure we will have their attention.

I do think Wyoming has a good shot to win this game though if we limit our turnovers.

As the gambling degenerate on this forum, I just bet us on the moneyline. We are +400 and -9. I just wish I was there. It should be very entertaining to see how we do against very good competition.

Think that +9 has a lot of value and you have a really good shot at winning it. The ml you have a decent shot at as well in my opinion. Just hope we take care of the basketball :thumb:
