Don't call apple over the next week and a half if you are in a hurry for anything technical support related. We have been averaging 1000+ calls in queue with over a 10 min hold time all day and it's only going to increase as the day goes on.
Just hold off if you have a problem feel free to hit me up here I'll even give any help I can but don't waste time sitting on hold and then being mad.
