It was mentioned in passing by the broadcast that it was "by committee", which wouldn't be abnormal (I've seen it a few times in this kind of situation). The rumor is Grant called plays in Tucson and it was his chance to prove himself and be considered for OC.

No and no. Awful choices. Awful. I would be very disappointed in either of these guys. The OL was terrible in the bowl and our WR have never produced under Grant. Thought so. Even so, this is something’ that should never be joked about. Grant and Tripodi should both be fired - no less promoted. The guy from NIU doesn’t look bad - anyone with ties to SDSU is ok.

You guys are crazy. First, nil and other factors dictate our success not coaches. Our passing O progressed and receivers were getting decent separation by the end of the season. The rushing O is consistently solid. Both just coached a 9 win team. Both have more extensive resumes than the new dc. You don't blow up a 9 win team.
