I have no reason to be a fan of Tormey, and it wont' bother me one bit to see him go. However football is 80% talent, 20% coaching. I firmly believe that. With the personnel we currently have, if Breske would be the better option I do not believe his impact would be by very much.

If you made it to the D1 level and you don't know how to tackle and don't know basic schematics, you don't belong there. If a DC has to take time after pre-season to focus on TRYING to teach fundamentals instead of establishing a gameplan for the next opponent, there's no way the product on the field will be anything spectacular.

I'm not sure how you get to play Div I football without learning to tackle? It's mind boggling.
