Re: What team is successful with NO rushing attack?

In 2020, the Bills were 20th out of 32 teams in rushing (3rd in passing). To say the Bills had no rushing attack is not true. The Steelers, on the other hand, were dead last in every rushing category and they were exposed by the Browns because of this. BTW, the top 3 teams in rushing offense in the ...

He already has a degree that he received in spring 2019 from Louisville as he was a grad transfer when he came to Wyoming. According to the article, expected to finish his masters in the fall.

Re: 7th Year - Trey Smith

I don't necessarily think this is a good thing. I actually don't think he is that good of a running back. I think Titus Swen looked better than him. I haven't seen anything to indicate that Swen isn't coming back after opting out this year. But who knows. In Bohl's system, running back depth is a m...

Re: 7th Year - Trey Smith

True story.

Trey Smith and Lamar Jackson were in the same recruiting class at Louisville.

How does Zach Moss being hurt open a roster spot for Gentry? The Bills will need another RB.

No. Larry Nance Jr signed a slightly bigger contract. Nance’s deal is also fully guaranteed while Chase’s is about half guaranteed.

Roullier Gets Paid

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/306 ... -year-deal

I believe this is the largest contract signed by a former Wyoming football player (soon to be dwarfed by Allen).

Re: Dontae Crow Transferring

Wish him all the best as a Wyoming kid. Became clear that he was not a Division I level receiver unfortunately. Showed how bare the cupboard was at that position I take issue with this a bit. Crow proved he had a Division 1 work ethic with an interesting skill set mix (being a punter and punt retur...

Re: Miller Poached by Illinois

Poached? Are we certain that's the case? I'm wondering if we'll see a few more positional coaches poached? Except QB coach, of course. Yes we are sure he was poached to reunite with Bielema. https://www.si.com/college/illinois/football/bart-miller-hired-as-illini-offensive-line-coach As much as we ...

Re: Miller Poached by Illinois

Pass blocking was atrocious this year. Levi got blasted time after time after time after time after time. That is not all on the line. There were a myriad of reasons for that. 1) Play Calling - many pass plays had just two players running routes (sometimes too deep) causing there to be no open rece...

BTW - a small sample size but Dickert didn’t impress too much in his first year at Wazzu as Wazzu went 1-3 giving up nearly 40 pts per game and 5.0 yards per carry.

Re: Miller Poached by Illinois

Big blow in my opinion. Line play improved dramatically when he came in. But with the experience on the line (hopefully all coming back), OL is probably not a big concern.

Re: Dontae Crow Transferring

This could be a relatively non football related transfer. Crow may have a specific graduate program in mind at a different school. Certainly all speculation but it makes sense when considering that Crow was a senior this year and is from Wyoming.

Re: You think BSU is gone?

Unfortunately no I don’t think Boise is gone. The Boise brand has lost a lot of its luster. The MWC screwed up years ago by giving Boise its deal and now they are stuck with them and this terrible deal.

Re: NFL talent

Also here is my wild card pick that you are all going to laugh me out of the room - Neyor.

I also projected Tashaun Gipson to the NFL when he was a freshman because of his athletic tools. I was laughed out of the room then too.

EDIT - I see the OP also has Neyor on the list.

There is no QB signed. Not sure what to make of that.
Williams will be a RS Freshman next year, Beerup will be a true freshman, Chambers will be a Sophomore. With 3 underclassmen QBs, it would have been strange to sign another one unless one was leaving.

I watched it. It’s honestly all blah blah bs until he gets new coaches. Coming back with the same people will produce the same results. We CANNOT have the same results as the last four years and six of seven. The players and fans deserve better than what Bohl and Vigen are giving us on offense. I t...

I haven't watched much NFL, but I did catch a game or two of Josh's. So happy for him and finally getting his mechanics down. All debates aside about accuracy and whatever else, the kid is just so passionate and LOVES the game. Fun to watch and should have a great career. I also really like the Ale...
