Re: National Chaos
Democratic (or Republican) talking points aren't fixing the problem nor do they want to. The rich don't have enough and can't generate enough money to fix this. Take 100% of the defense budget and you stopgap the deficit but don't touch debt and incumbered funds with ss and medicare. Democrats and ...

Re: National Chaos
From Bush to Obama to Trump and Biden, all bet on low interest rates to justify debt. If projections are wrong and interst rises quickly, we're screwed. We're now with Italy, Japan, and Greece with borrowing over 100% GDP. Consider SS and Medicaire, we're on track to be 200%+ GDP :o The budget scen...

That was fake MAGA supporters doing bad things at the WH. Many of them have already been arrested (recorded) with ANTIFA, BLM, etc. groups destroying other parts of the US. They were (once again) bussed in. I have three family members that live in D.C. that work in law and politics. It's globalists...

Guess some churches have it even worse: https://religionunplugged.com/news/2021/1/12/charismatics-are-at-war-with-each-other-over-failed-prophecies-of-trump-victory Honestly, churches need to stay the hell away from overall politics. Yes, do speak out against abortion, argue for funds for soup kitch...

Re: National Chaos
Demonizing other groups always has the potential to lead to tragedy. I've seen my father-in-law's church go from focused on "reading and studying the Bible, chapter by chapter, verse by verse" to being a political tool with several pastors of large churches now defending everything Trump's...

Re: Roullier Gets Paid
Awesome for Chase and for the program. This stuff is one of the biggest selling points of a college program these days. And it should set us apart from other MW schools. Purcell is another bright star in the same vein. He wasn't even drafted, yet has beaten out people who were and got a well deserv...

Re: Transfer Thread
Yeah. We gave up 37 to Nevada and 31 to CSU. That was admirable for our third string defensive line, but I dont care what the stats say. We played Unm and Unlv. Our sos and a blizzard can take just as much credit for our defensive stats. We should have beat Csu and Nevada and we scored enough point...

Re: Signing day thoughts/reactions
The other thread is loading slowly, so here's a new thread for recruiting thoughts. Overall, I think this is a great class. Bohl really can recruit. I trust Bohl and he's got an excellent eye for talent. I bet he with all the COVID weirdness he's turned over some stones and found some gems. I reall...

Re: Transfer Thread
I mean, if our offense performed like our defense (top 25 in the NCAA in almost all categories and top 15 in some), we could easily have been 6-0 this season.
The UNLV game also pulled the averages for our offense up quite a bit, but going from 45 to 16 to 9 points is pretty rough.

I also really like the Alex Smith story and hope he makes the playoffs. Incredible and I've always liked him since his Utah days even though I hated watching carve us up in the coldest game I personally attended with about 500 other WYO faithful. The waiting for the game to get started was more fun...

Re: Tomorrow better be the day Vigen is gone
Here's what I'm thinking: Bohl took this job as a lucrative path to retirement. He intended this to be his last coaching job. I think he counted on being in it 5 years. He's plus two on that, so he has "won", so to speak. So he doesn't care if they get rid of him - he's got his. So why sh...

Re: Hats off to the defense in 2020
The defense was really impressive considering the people who sat out, got suspended, and that Crall's surgery took way longer to heal than expected (though he had an awesome impact once he got back). What gets lost is that they're supposed to be "fresh" most of the time as we're a TOP team...

Re: Tomorrow better be the day Vigen is gone
I think swallowing your pride and bringing in someone to be a qb coach (who really can develop qb) would be a big step imo without Sh#t canning your friend. Completely agree. That, and maybe a WR coach who can help the guys catch the balls that hit people straight in the numbers (though arguably th...

Re: New OC
Yep, once again this is turning into a strawman. Many of us questioning our offensive output is not asking to move to the spread or otherwise. We want some accountability for an offense that's been consistently outside of the top 100. There is no way anybody can convince me we can't be at least top ...

Re: New Mexico
Once again...it has to be pointed out that qb's do not get better at throwing. The only time that has ever happened was JA...And there are a lot of factors that statheads point to that it is not JA's throwing that has improved...rather it has more to do with external factors. This is, of course, an...
