Re: MWC = Bowl Championship Trophy Winners?

And poor WAC has NEVER gotten anywhere near winning it!!!! Yet, my Hawaii friends STILL claim the WAC is as good as the MWC. You mention your Hawaii friends a lot.. I'm led to believe they're a little daft when following college football. A little? poop! More like outright drunker than a Wyoming fa...

If we do, I do believe it'll be the third time the MWC has won it!

I know we won the challenge in 2004!

Re: History of Wyoming Bowl Games

Here's the info on akll of our bowl opponents from the 1950s until 1976 since we already got the info for the Holifday Bowls to the New Mexico Bowl. All win/losds records are BEFORE the bowl game. 1950 (actually 1951) Gator Bowl: Wyoming (9-0, Mountain States (aka Skyline): 5-0, Skyline Conference C...

Re: History of Wyoming Bowl Games

If you want, I can find the win/loss records for every team we played in the bowl game that season.

Plus give Wyoming's own win/loss record for each bowl season.

Re: Urban Meyer stepping down at Florida

My theory.... He wants to be away from the transition year where there's no Tebow. Then after, say a 4-8 season or whatever next yr., Urban comes back like the Second Coming of God to everyone in Gainesville. Didn't he say that he's coming back for the 2010 season now? As of now, he wants to take a...

Re: Happy Holidays Poke Nation!

Merry Christmas to y'all!

We're busy trying to dig out of the major storm that dumped 14.1 inches in less than 24 hours. 40+ mph winds with gusts up to 60 mph yesterday. Felt like I was back in Casper, Wyoming yesterday. LOL

The snow broke several Oklahoma records.

Maybe my best moment of Wyoming fandom in the last 10 years... As I was walking out of Sam Boyd after the Wyo win vs. ucla, I walked up on some twerp talking on his cell. He was pissing and moaning to the other person how "this was the worst loss in the history of ucla football" I was abl...

Re: Anybody been to Yellowstone Drug in Shoshoni?

There's no wind in Casper! Just a breeze! Yellowstone Drug in Shoshoni has been closed for a while, if memory serves correct. Seems like the only places left open in that town are the gas station and bar... place is really drying up. Yellowstone Drug moved to new location in Shoshoni. It's now on y...

Anybody been to Yellowstone Drug in Shoshoni?

My parents & I went back home to Wyoming (God, I' miss home!) a couple of weeks ago as you all know. When we got to Shoshoni on our way back to hell AKA Oklahoma City, my mother wanted a milk shake badly (couldn't get one going up to Cody since we had ate at a Pizza Hut in Casper) but the store ...
