I'm think bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers stuffed with shrimp and green onion cream cheese. Second starter is crab rangoons.

Main dish either beef bulgogi, or Vietnamese lemon grass chicken. With sticky rice...

Or... I could go American and go Philly cheese steak. My wife was thinking we should do sliders.

There is a recipe for in-and-out sliders. That might be the winner

I've got decisions to make...

What about you guys? Do you change things up or make the same spread every year?

We always try to do a theme menu. This year we are doing Kansas City barbecue ribs and a San Francisco clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl.

Main: smoked brisket or pig in China box... not sure if pig will make it in time.

My sides: buffalo shrimp and deep fried green chile mac and cheese balls.

I've got the niners on top as well. Convincingly...

So my wife made up my mind for food, homemade Mcribb sandwiches with slaw

Damn.. there's some baller cookers in here.

I think I'm gonna go with a Chicago deep dish pizza that I make myself. Maybe some bacon wrapped smokies. Dry January is almost over, so probably a beer or two. Have a Waldo's in the fridge along with a peach sour made over in Billings.

Broncos fan, so can't root for KC. Going to be a good game, I think. 49er defense is stout.

For San Francisco it should be street turds and used syringes

Damn. Ok, I feel guilty, lol.

Thanks for your service. Hopefully you're home soon and can enjoy next year's game.

I took the over in this game. I have no idea whose going to win. For some reason I think the 49er passing game is going to have a big day. If they keep pressure on Mahomes, I think they win

I'll get home in a couple of months...but am moving to South Korea this summer. So who knows if I'll be watching the next couple of years. I will, however, find a way to watch our Pokes! That's a given.

I just wanted to thank carbonpoke for mentioning beef bulgogi. My wife and I had never tried this dish so we found a recipe, used some 1 1/2 inch thick rib eyes and man was it good. Appreciate the heads up.
