Either something happened at WYO (being forced to leave), he's taking his ball and going home (losing starting job), or there was some underhanded SEC recruiting going on.
Fact is that the SEC is far more prestigious than the MWC. Maybe he had the opportunity to play on a bigger stage and decided it was the right thing for him? Maybe he wanted to play at the highest level he could achieve in case he didn't make the NFL?
Who knows?

Yeah, definitely an odd move at this time of year. That's why I was leaning towards it being asked to leave, but who knows really.ragtimejoe1 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 27, 2021 9:08 amEither something happened at WYO (being forced to leave), he's taking his ball and going home (losing starting job), or there was some underhanded SEC recruiting going on.
