Wyoming 9-8 (2-2) @ San Jose State 5-11 (0-4) 8pm Mtn Time
Pokes should win this game.
But we all know this team has been incredibly up and down this season. And we struggled to beat SJSU in San Jose the past 2 seasons.
A loss in this game would be a big step back for the youngsters.
A win would be good moving forward into a difficult, but not too hard stretch of conference play.
Hope to see McManimal and Naughton have big games again.
Go Pokes!

If you ever need to laugh, just remember there was some idiot who wanted Bohl fired after 2 seasons.

This Pokes team isn't anywhere near good enough to take anyone lightly. They have to grind hard every game in order to win. I don't expect them to take SJSU for granted and I don't expect this game to be an easy win. Every road game is gonna be especially tough for UW. We just aren't 5 points better then most teams in this conference unless we're "on" that night shooting. They really need to get this game and take all the mo possible into the PIT.

San Jose is greatly improved this year over last year. If we lose this game it won't be like losing to them last year and if we lose it won't surprise me. Hopefully we come out ready to play and win it though.

You're right that they aren't as bad as last year, but they are still a really bad basketball team. This would be a bad loss any way you look at it..even on the road. That said, this is exactly the type of game young teams have difficulty winning. Would be a step in the right direction if UW walks out with a win tonight.seattlecowboy wrote:San Jose is greatly improved this year over last year.
