Wyoming Wrestling will face NC State and Cornell this Saturday followed by Michigan State and SUIE on Sunday.
Turner was named wrestler of the week by the Big XII and Intermat after winning the Reno TOC. He also checks in at #15 in the rankings. Turner will face #1 Yanni of Cornell.
Wyoming has a few wrestlers just outside the Top 20. I wonder if Loveless will get the start over Jensen at 149. I’m excited for Samuelson at 184 next year. He actually took 3rd at Reno.

NC State and Cornell will be stiff tests as both are top 10 dual teams but these are all good duals for the Pokes to prepare the young team for the Big 12s.

I saw that. Cornell has 3, 1 point close loss matches. Win those and we beat them 18-14, but the same can be said for any team, in any dual. Just 3 match points is a hard pill to swallow in such a big stage and big opponent.

We are a tough dual team! go, Pokes!
Fans need to support them next Saturday at home.
Wyoming defeats Michigan State 20-13. Team came out flat but Davidson and Andrews finished strong.
Wyoming then came out hot defeating SUIE 42-6 behind 5 pins.
Dewey has a rough weekend going 0-4. He is my favorite wrestler to watch, but doesn’t seem confident right now. I hope he turns it on because he can pin anyone.
Hayden and Randles split at 174, but I think Hayden stays as 174 starter. Loveless and Jensen split at 149. Jensen went 1-1 while loveless went 0-2.
