Schoyer said the following: “Anybody that comes and watches us play and doesn’t think that, number one, we’re getting better, and number two, there’s a pretty bright future here, I don’t know what they’re looking at.” This statement was made AFTER playing a 14-14 team? Like this is some type of landmark game that is show casing the Pokes and his coaching.

Hell, I know what we are all looking at. ITS THE DAM WIN/LOSS COLUMN!!! He is starting in with that crap about being a young team again. WTF? How long is he gonna kick that dead horse? He is a crappy coach and needs to be gone.

as a team no they really aren't getting better.

But since Dez has to carry the team it seems yes he is getting better. But just think how good he could be with a REAL coach

Yeah and before the season he said this team is so athletic that it will contend in the MWC. He said it was going to be a team that surprised everyone. He said he finally had his people in place and now they could play his brand of basketball. Now all of a sudden he's building again. Wonder if he has looked at the rosters of the rest of the Mountain West. Other than Air Force and TCU, which teams does he feel might slip behind the Pokes next year? And TCU might not. Better check the ages of the other teams in this league. And if he wants to use youth as an excuse, maye he should check out what Alford has done at New Mexico. Oh, that's right. Alford is in his third year so I guess he should have had time to rebuild. Oh, what's that you say, Shcroyer's in his third year, too? Oh, and by the way, Miles is in his third year at CSU, too, and all he did was sweep the season series from the Cowboys this year.
Hey Heath, instead of yelling, whining and ripping the fans why don't you look in a mirror and be honest with yourself. The song and dance is getting old.

If by surprised you mean horrified, then yes. He was right.

Not defending Heath, or any of that mess...but his demeanor (home games at least) seems to be a bit mellower than previous. Can't say as much for away games though...which to me, means he is aware that fans are critical, watching, and making mention.
