I believe this is the largest contract signed by a former Wyoming football player (soon to be dwarfed by Allen).

Awesome for Chase and for the program. This stuff is one of the biggest selling points of a college program these days. And it should set us apart from other MW schools.

Purcell is another bright star in the same vein. He wasn't even drafted, yet has beaten out people who were and got a well deserved contract extension last year or whenever it was for almost $5 Million per year.Poke in New England wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 4:50 pm Awesome for Chase and for the program. Is this the largest ever contract for a Poke?
Gipson made about 8.5 million the year he was with the Texans. I think this is the biggest until Josh Allen sets the record for the rest of eternity with his future contracts.

No. Larry Nance Jr signed a slightly bigger contract. Nance’s deal is also fully guaranteed while Chase’s is about half guaranteed.
