ok, that may be a coaching upgrade, what about upgrading the talent, how do we get better players to come to UW?, simply by winning more games, investing in facilities(done), drawing bigger home crowds(how)? I think we need to attack this at every angle possible just to make a dent. I wish I had all the answers, it is easy to find the weaknesses, so any improvement would be welcome.
