Were these guys any good? I hate to see anyone leave, but maybe we needed the room. Anybody know their potential?

From what I understand, the McDonald kid was a solid athlete (he has some MLB baseball ties). I don't know (or didn't know) much about the Kildahl, but he was recruited by coach English (who knows what it takes).

It's all about perspective, and I guess they couldn't handle the stern nature of DCs coaching methods.
