All 7 Pokes about to wrestle. Each would need to win 2 matches this morning and 1 tonight to reach All American.
Verner wrestled very well in the match! Got unlucky with a funky scramble at the end that he was unable to score on. He will be back next year.
I hope you haven't quit on the team because they have all wrestled with heart this tournament. I am excited for the future of this program losing only Ashworth.
I agree. The least amount of upsets I can recall. Josh Alber of Northern Iowa (a 4 seed) is out of the tournament and those are probably some of the biggest upsets but he has looked terrible this tournament. Sam Stoll of Iowa has had some 'upsets' based on his really low seed but he is a returning all-american that has been healing from injury and noone is surprised by his wins.
only other one i can think of was the 2 seed Rasheed from PSU going down to North Carolina guy who beat TateOrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 10:11 amI agree. Oh yea, forgot that one! This is the 2nd NCAAT in a row Ness has had some huge upsets.303cowboy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 10:15 amonly other one i can think of was the 2 seed Rasheed from PSU going down to North Carolina guy who beat TateOrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 10:11 amI agree. Guess i just had to say it out loud to get a big upset. Undefeated #1 Alex Marinelli goes down to the 8 seed. Vincenso Joseph is probably smiling303cowboy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 10:38 am1 seed Marinelli in trouble on Mat 6OrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 10:24 amOh yea, forgot that one!
