Some bowl projections last week had Nevada bowling and us not. But I think that was based on the presumption that they would win and go 8-4 and we would lose and finish 7-5. We held up our end of the bargain but they didn't, and it's kinda hard to imagine a bowl taking them over us with the same record and us having beaten them 31-3..

Our fan base also travels well. I'm sure we would be over 5,000 strong if we get a chance to go to Tucson for the AZ bowl.

My understanding is that there is not a "pecking order", wrt team position in the final standings, for assignment to MWC affiliated bowls (maybe Las Vegas excepted). The bowls choose who they invite. But the order in which they choose, I don't know.
