For those that live near or at Laramie, whats the weather like? Is it going to be cold weather at game time for the Texans?

It will be COOOLD in Laramie this Saturday. A cold front is coming in. And wet. Texans that don't succum to the cold may perish from lack of oxygen. This, unfortunately, will probably not apply to the Frogs, who will likely give the Pokes warts before the day is over. But we can still hope.
