Anyone know which side of the ball he'll be on?

To me he looks like a clone of Tyler Hall. Compact, strong and fast. I can see him being an excellent return guy, too, just like Tyler.

My initial thought exactly. Great return guy, maybe a gadget play kinda guy. His speed looks legit.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 8:45 amTo me he looks like a clone of Tyler Hall. Compact, strong and fast. I can see him being an excellent return guy, too, just like Tyler.

If he is a defensive back I hope he's taller than 5'10".
We need to be able to cover taller receivers.

Tyler Hall isn't, and he turned out to be pretty good.castlerocker wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 2:48 pm If he is a defensive back I hope he's taller than 5'10".

Our DB's struggled against tall WR's such as Hightower of Boise.
You can't keep giving up 4 or 5 inches per player year after year and expect to shut
receivers down. This should be addressed in recruiting.

Very few teams have the luxury of tall cornerbacks. 5'10'' is a very common height for a CBcastlerocker wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 8:46 pm Our DB's struggled against tall WR's such as Hightower of Boise.

Agreed. Receivers know where they are going, CBs have to react and move quickly. Bigger isn't always better for a corner. It's why the ones that are 6'1", 6'2" and still fast as hell have long careers playing on Sundays.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 9:38 pmVery few teams have the luxury of tall cornerbacks. 5'10'' is a very common height for a CBcastlerocker wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 8:46 pm Our DB's struggled against tall WR's such as Hightower of Boise.

Example: Darrelle Revis is 5'11", Champ Bailey is 6'0"
