Josh runs for about 40 yards and then catches a TD from John Brown on the opening drive. Go Josh!

Josh just can't get an OC who doesn't try to give the game away when he has a lead.

Tale of 2 halves. First half, all Bills. 2nd half, Houston.

Yep. When Josh lost that fumble, ALL the momentum belonged to Houston. No way they were coming back from that.fromolwyoming wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 5:25 pm Tale of 2 halves. First half, all Bills. 2nd half, Houston.
What a poorly called game by the Bills OC from the end of the second quarter on. Josh played like poop to finish the game, but it's hard to succeed when your coaches f-word you. Settling for the field goal to end the second half set the tone for the Bills. The coaches don't believe in their passing game and it showed for the rest of the game.'PokeForLife wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 4:43 pm Josh just can't get an OC who doesn't try to give the game away when he has a lead.

Josh made some incredible plays but still struggles with the bonehead plays. That was a good experience for him. He was a few dropped ints from having a devastating game and a few missed blocks from having a great game.
He's really improved under pressure but still has some work to go on that with respect to situational football.
I expect him to make big strides next year. He'll have to. The honeymoon phase is over and now it's the business side of the nfl. I think he'll excel but he has a lot of work to do.

Not his best game, but Buffalo has to get him some help. He was responsible for 88% of the total yards - 264 passing, 92 rushing, and 17 receiving. He needs more help in the run game, a better Oline and taller receivers. Buffalo has a bunch of cap money lying around so hopefully they continue to give him the tools he needs to be successful. Like you, I believe he will make marked improvement over the off season and really surprise some people going forward.ragtimejoe1 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 8:18 am Josh made some incredible plays but still struggles with the bonehead plays. What is the difference between politicians and stoners? Politicians don't inhale...they just suck.

If Josh had completed that lateral that guy had nothing but green in front of him and would have gotten in fg range. That would have gone down as one of the greatest plays in Bills history, I'm sure, but it's a game of inches and instead he's a bonehead for it. crazy. Josh will improve because of his character and work ethic and become one of the best QBs in the league.

Josh has already improved significantly this season. He's going to be a solid franchise quarterback for the Bills, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do next season.
Oh, and I'm super excited to go to the Broncos Bills game in Denver next year!
