All I can tell is it was someone on the interior that came through. What a play . Whoever it was went beast mode when it mattered most. Also - I heard that was the first blocked fg return for a TD in program history!? Wow. Lol that damn ball couldn’t have bounced more perfectly into Hawkins gut after the block

It was one of the up guys who jumped freakishly high behind the line.

Team win - offense, defense, and special teams. App State is no slouch of a team. I think we are in decent shape with UNM coming in next. One game at a time. Have to get this next one.

DeVonne Harris. He was on the line, not one of the jumpers in the back

This is correct. He just pushed through the center of the line and got his hand up. He was actually on his knees when he blocked it. He played very well last night. He also had some very nice plays on the defensive side of the ball.

I was thinking about this when I went to bed last night. This game was all special teams on both sides.

App St: 4 field goals. No offensive touchdowns, 1 defensive touchdown
Wyo: 2 offensive touchdowns. I special teams touch down. 1 2pt conversion

What a bizarre game.

I'm trying to recall that year we played airforce and the score was 3-0 AFA starting the 4th. I think we ended up losing 5-3 or something like that. I think it was Joe Glenn era - I don't recall. Just a massive punting competition. 3 and out. Punt. 3 and out Punt.

I think that sounds right. What year was it? Gotta be like 2006 or something.
